The Apology Store team is super close to its customers. You can tell us everything and ask us (well almost...). If you have any questions, the easiest way is to talk about them. You can reach us via the contact form, via firstname.lastname@example.org, via our instagram (@store_apology).
How soon will I receive my order?
All orders are produced on demand, which means that we do not have stock.
So as soon as your order is validated, we start preparing the item(s).
D+1 of your order: your item(s) arrive in our printing workshops.
D+2 of your order: we check that the print is spotless, flawless.
D+3 of your order: we give your package to our carrier.
D+5 to 8: you receive your order.
Can I modify my order?
Yes of course ! You have the right to be wrong (size, color, message...).
Send us a message via the contact form or via email@example.com, maximum 24 hours after the validation of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes it's possible. On the other hand within a maximum of 24 hours after payment of your order. Please let us know via our contact form or via firstname.lastname@example.org
We will then cancel your order and you will be refunded directly to your bank account (or via Paypal if payment with the latter).
I have a problem with the items received
Do not panic. If you notice the slightest problem with your items (defect, stain, wrong color...), contact us via email@example.com and send us photos. We will quickly find a solution.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only possible on non-personalized items
I want to return my item
You have 14 days, once the item has been received, to return it to us.
Contact us via the contact form or via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label. The amount of this tag will be deducted from the refund amount.
Your item will be refunded within 7 days of receipt at our premises.
Eco design and Labels
Our sweatshirts and t-shirts have the GOTS label, Oeko-Tex 100 certification, are made of organic cotton, printed in France with ecological inks. We ship our products in recycled envelopes or boxes, containing zero plastic.
Finally, we produce on demand, so no unnecessary production, no stock.
What are the delivery methods?
We work with Colissimo for carbon neutral delivery.
What are the forms of payment accepted ?
Several payment methods are accepted:
- Via CB / Visa / Master Card
- Through PayPal
- Via Klarna (CB / Visa / Master Card) for payment in installments
